Every plan gives a team every tool its job needs, and as many people as you want to put on it. About half the market won’t tell you any of this without a call first.

Nothing here is held back for a higher tier. A team gets whatever its work needs on every plan, and every team gets checks, today, issues, records, reports, the dashboard and the audit pack.

Care home kitchens also get the IDDSI checks and the handover note types for diet and texture changes. These are the types TaskProof ships with, and the names teams start with. You can rename your own, and we can set up a type that isn’t here.

Where the time goes on paper, and where it stops going
Paper costs more than the minutes spent writing on it. There’s the filing, the sheet nobody can find on inspection day, the manager walking round to see whether the round was done, and the box of binders kept for years. We have no customer numbers to quote yet, so here is the arithmetic instead. Put your own figures in.

We charge for sites, never for staff. Rivals cap head-counts or price per person, and in a kitchen with agency cover that maths punishes doing things properly.
What counts as a site?
One building with its own roster: one care home, one hotel, one school kitchen. A group with four homes pays for four sites, on whichever plan suits how many teams each one runs.
No lock-in, no setup fee
Monthly plans roll month to month. Paying for a year costs ten months rather than twelve. Nothing to sign beyond the plan itself.
How you pay
We invoice you once we've set you up. No card is needed to start, and there is nothing to cancel if you decide against it.
