Where the home stands, without asking anyone
Staff do the checks on a phone. This is the other side of it: one screen for the whole home, one for each team, and today laid out hour by hour. No ringing round, no walking the building to find out.
Three teams on one screen
Kitchen, housekeeping and maintenance, the last seven days each. The things that need you are named along the top rather than left for you to find.

- What needs you, counted. Five checks missed in the last seven days, two jobs overdue, three deep cleans late, one product with no data sheet. Each one opens the list behind it.
- A bar for every day. Green when the day’s checks got done, red when they didn’t. A week side by side tells you whether Tuesday was a bad day or a pattern.
- Today, per team. What’s done so far and what’s next — the kitchen two of seven, with the monthly cleaning due now. You chase it before it’s missed instead of reading about it afterwards.
- Straight through to the team. Open any of the three and you get the same week for that team alone, in the detail below.
Real screens from the app, but the home in them is made up. Maple House, its staff and its readings all came from a demo we built.
The kitchen’s day, hour by hour
The same week for the Care Home Kitchen, with today as a timeline: what has been signed, what is due this minute, and what is still to come.

- A line for now. Everything above it has happened, everything below hasn’t. It’s 12:31, and the monthly cleaning has been due since nine.
- Done says when, and who. The 06:00 fridge round went in at 11:01, signed by Dan Okafor. Late in its window and still inside it — and the screen says so rather than rounding it up to a tick.
- Part-done is not done. This team reads “All good” and “Nothing missed”, and Wednesday’s bar is still red: two checks closed part-way that day. The bar counts what was finished, not what was started.
- Three people signed this week. Agency, bank, whoever was on — they pick their name and sign, and they don’t need an account to be on the record.
Every site, the same way
If you run more than one home, there’s a view above this one that covers all of them — same bars, same counts, one line each. There’s no picture of it here because the home in our screenshots is one home, and we’re not going to invent a second one to fill a screen. Ask us on a demo and we’ll show you the real thing.
Twenty minutes on a video call. We'll do a real round.
Tell us a bit about your home or your kitchen and we'll set up a call. You'll watch a round get done on a phone, see the record it leaves behind, and see what an inspector gets handed. Bring the awkward questions.
- You'll be talking to someone who has worked a care home kitchen, not a sales team
- We can set your own checks up on the call if you want
- No obligation, and nobody will chase you afterwards
