One address, and a person on the end of it
There’s no contact form here on purpose. A form would ask you for a phone number we don’t need and drop your message into something that looks like a queue. Email is simpler and you keep a copy.
Whatever it’s about. Questions before you buy, something broken, a request about your data, or telling us the product got something wrong. It goes to a person who works on TaskProof, not to a support tier.
Where each thing goes
You want to see it working
Book a demo instead. That one is a form, because setting up a video call genuinely needs your name and a way to reach you. Twenty minutes, a real round done on a phone, no slide deck.
You already use TaskProof
Email the same address, and say which home or kitchen you’re at so we can find it. If you can still get in, sign in first and tell us what you were doing when it went wrong. It saves a round of questions.
You’re asking about data
Access, correction, deletion, or a question about how any of it works. The privacy notice covers what we hold and why, and the same address handles requests about it.
You’re selling something
Fair enough, but the answer is almost certainly no. We’d rather spend the time on the product. Nothing personal.
What we haven’t got, and what we won’t do
- There’s no phone line yet. We’d rather not publish a number that rings out. If you’d prefer to talk, say so in an email and we’ll ring you.
- We don’t publish a response time. Promising four hours and missing it is worse than not promising. TaskProof is small, so your email reaches someone who can actually do something about it.
- Your details are used to reply to you, and that’s all. No newsletter, no tracking, nothing passed to anyone else. The same rule as everywhere on this site.
Still easier to be shown than told
Most questions answer themselves once you've watched a round get done and seen the record it leaves. That takes twenty minutes, and it's also how new customers get set up at the moment.
